REFLECTION:

Let’s be honest... control is rarely about wisdom. It’s about fear.

Fear of:

  • things falling apart

  • being misunderstood

  • not getting the outcome you want

So you try to manage everything to avoid the unknown.

But fear will always overwork you.

It will always convince you that you are the solution. You’re not.
