Control Feels Like Strength…Until It Breaks You

REFLECTION:

Control gives the illusion of strength.

“If I can just manage it, fix it, figure it out… I’ll be okay.”

But control isn’t strength. It’s pressure in disguise.

The tighter you grip, the more anxious you become.

The more you try to force outcomes, the more exhausted you feel.

Trust requires less effort than control. But it takes more courage.
